For the resumption of bowling competitions, the departmental championships quadrettes of 3rd and 4th division took place in Frontignan.

The Bédaricien club was represented in the 3rd division by the team Robert Gomez, Claude Serres, Frédéric Garcia and Jacques Serres. After having fought for nearly 6 hours on Saturday, they obtained the right to return on Sunday to Mèze for the

quarter-finals against Pignan.

Manhandled for a long time but effective at the end, the place in the half was obtained (score 11 to 9 in 2 hours of time).

The right to play in the final was also acquired at the expense of the Friends of the Moon on the score of 13 to 7.

Opposed to the solid Balarucoise formation, the task of Rotcho’s troops did not prove to be the easiest. After a thunderous start (11 to 0) and despite a nice return from the opponents, the players of the Bedarist won the title of champion of the Hérault (13 to 7).

This year, despite the cancellation of the French championships due to Covid-19, the Bedarican team will still participate in the regional championships.

The appointment is given on August 8 next in Valras against the champions and vice-champions of Gard, Aude, Pyrénées-Orientales and Hérault.
