The versions of a couple and Rangel Bizyurev about the beating of Mitko in Tsalapitsa converge at eye level (Overview)

The twin Borislav Dinkov and the accused for the murder of Dimitar Malinov from Tsalapitsa, Rangel Bizyurev, will face each other. The purpose of the eye test is for the two to clarify why their versions of the night of the murder differ. Twin Dinkov categorically refused to answer the questions of the court and the prosecutors in the case.

Surprisingly, on the first day of hearings scheduled to question witnesses, the accused murderer gave an explanation of what happened. Dinkov, 20, was also called to testify, but he remained silent and the magistrates had to read the questions he had made before – from July 27 and August 9 this year. In addition to the fact that there are differences between them, they also do not correspond to what was said by Bizyurev, who all the time spoke slowly and calmly, with details, as if not he was worried about nothing.

On the fateful night, Borislav and Rangel were at a barbecue in the center of the Plovdiv village of Tsalapitsa. The accused says he drank two beers. His friend told him that Mitko insulted him the day before so he asked him to meet and clarify. However, the couple said in their testimony that Bizyurev met him with the information that he wanted to defeat Malinov, and there was a bottle of gin next to him, which he drank. Borislav urged Dimitar to come out, and he and Rangel went to his house.

In the defendant’s story, he asked Mitko what he said about him, but the young man refused to explain it to him and was polite. So, Bizyurev pushed him several times, after that

On the other hand, Borislav explained on July 27 when Rangel saw Malinov, he got out of the car, he started cursing and forcing him. He pounded with knees and fists while his enemy was standing, he asked him to stop and repeated that he had not said anything. At some point, Rangel grabbed him and put him into the tree and the ladder next to the car. The fight lasted about three minutes. After further questioning, the couple said it was

After the fight was over, the two left, but then they came back and saw Dimitar lying on the ground, meters below. Bizyurev saw that there were no signs of life. According to him, Rangel himself took him and told him which direction to drive.

The differences in the stories do not stop – according to the defendant, what happened shocked him and Dinkov asked him to take the body outside the city for burial, calling his brother Valentin on the way and calling him with a pickaxe and shovels. For his part, Borislav says that Bizyurev asked him to help pick up the body, then led him and called the other couple.

After the burial, they covered the tracks with construction debris. In Bizyurev’s story, this happened, but the two couples did it alone, the next day, while he was already at sea. Although Rangel said that Mitko had no vital signs, he also admitted that the young man snored 1-2 times as they removed him from the car.

While completely refusing to speak to the judge and the lawyers, Dinkov answered Rangel’s questions. “Borislav, when you gave evidence, were you mentally and physically stressed,” he asked and got a good answer. However, the couple refused to explain what happened to him.

In the subsequent questions from Bizyurev, he denied seeing any blows on Mitko’s face or that Bizyurev himself put the body in the trunk and dug the hole.

After a whole day of questioning witnesses, Rangel Bizyurev again wanted to give an explanation, which caused another dispute between his version and Borislav’s version. According to him, the two went through the couple’s home to pick up Valentin Dinkov, and the two brothers’ cars drove away together.

Since Bizyurev and Borislav Dinkov did not agree on all issues, a face-to-face meeting was reached, which will be held on Thursday, August 22, before the next questioning of witnesses.
