After the direct accusations by Raciel López Salazar, Secretary of Public Security of the Government of the State of Puebla, the mayor of Venustiano Carranza, Vicente Valencia Ávila, through a letter to the media, where he asks for the right of reply, makes mention that the accusations Against him, they have attacked his personal image, reputation and private life of his family.
These signs have been broadcast in television, print and digital media, so Vicente Valencia Ávila has been prejudged in advance and have taken for granted said media that maintains ties to organized crime, even though he is mayor of this nailed municipality in the Sierra Norte de Puebla.
On his social networks, Valencia Ávila, stated “that the indirect amparo trial 1004/2019 of the third district court of amparo in criminal matters in the state of Puebla, in which a federal judge ordered a federal public ministry to open a folder of investigation against the state attorney general’s office and against the state secretary of public security for harassment of myself and my family Valencia Ávila and in which a compact disc containing video recordings of the surveillance cameras was exhibited as evidence from the addresses of both the undersigned and my family members, in which state public security patrols can be fully appreciated making rounds at different dates and times, with uniformed policemen equipped with long weapons spying from the corners and through the windows and bars of these addresses, committing acts of intimidation and intimidating my family, preventing them from entering and leaving freely, without having r no judicial order legally authorized for this purpose ”.
He stated that he, his children, brothers, nephews, wife, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, do not have or have had any type of relationship or link with criminal persons or groups and it was for this reason that the mayor of Venustiano Carranza, Vicente Valencia, has exhibited Ávila, his right of reply to these accusations against the Valencia Ávila family, for the direct accusations by Raciel López Salazar Secretary of Public Security of the Puebla State Government.
