The V Agreement for Employment and Collective Bargaining (AENC): Ensuring Legal Certainty and Its Impact on the Working Class – Analysis by CGT

On May 10, CEOE, CEPYME, CC OO and UGT signed the V Agreement for Employment and Collective Bargaining (AENC). The V AENC, is nothing but a development of the labor reform agreed by the same social agents (Employers and Unions (institutional), where through collective agreements, the objectives set by the labor reform (employment, hiring, absenteeism, productivity , teleworking, training), will grant and guarantee certainty and legal certainty so desired and necessary for the “business”, at the same time that the social peace It will contribute to the growth of the economy. Bad news for the working class as a whole and a cut in labor guarantees similar to what happened in its day with the Moncloa Pacts.

We attach a report prepared by the Confederal Cabinet of Studies and Training of CGT.
