BANGKOK, May 21 (Reuters) – Representatives of the United States and several other countries left a ministerial meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) forum on Saturday as their Russian counterpart spoke to protest Russia’s military offensive in Ukraine, officials said.
The Americans were accompanied by representatives from Canada, New Zealand, Japan and Australia.
APEC brings together 21 countries. The meeting started on Saturday should last two days.
