Violation of the rules and regulations of the WTO, commitments to the organization puts American workers and entrepreneurs in an economically disadvantageous environment. and makes it impossible for fair competition, “the report says.
The office of the American trade representative stressed that the department will work with like-minded partners and use WTO tools to “hold Russia accountable for its behavior in the multilateral trading system.”
