The urban music of Morad and RVFV joins the SOM Festival

CASTELLÓ, 27 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –

SOM Festival expands its range of audiences with the new confirmations from RVFV and Morad for August 17, aimed at the youngest as followers of urban music on the rise in recent years.

RVFV (Rafael Ruiz) is a boy from the La Chanca neighborhood of Almeria who, at just 20 years old, has become a musical phenomenon. His style is encompassed within urban music, in the ‘afrotrap’ style (trap with African rhythms).

And Morad is the stage name of a Spanish rapper of Moroccan origin who started singing at the age of 14, sharing his music with his friends recorded through WhatsApp. Little by little it has grown and already has thousands of followers, views and listens on its social networks and digital platforms, surpassing great established artists.

At the same time, SOM Festival is committed to the local scene of both emerging bands and established DJs in Castelló since its proposal ‘SOM Talent’. On the same Tuesday, August 17, the performances of three local DJs are included: Adry Bass, Elias Posh and Vitala, those in charge of animating the atmosphere from 8:00 p.m. to the concert venue located in the Real Club Náutico de Castelló.

These new confirmations are in addition to those already announced by Manuel Carrasco for July 22, the monologue Juan Amodeo on August 18 and El Barrio on August 19. There are still more artists and activities to be confirmed in the coming days.
