Hello! I have a problem: I am from Ukraine and I am a refugee. On January 16th, 2023 I signed a contract for the Internet, I was promised the conditions 5 months free of charge, the 6th month for 19.99 euros, from 7 months for 39.99 euros. Since May 2023, 53.98 euros have been debited from my account. 4 months write off these amounts. Since I don’t speak German, I went to the Vodafone office several times and asked for the problem to be sorted out. I was promised a refund to my account. But it didn’t happen. How can I solve this problem? Should I enter my customer number here?
