Government United States of America (USA) strongly condemns the series of drone attacks Russia to a number of areas Ukraine, including the capital Kiev. The United States called Russia’s latest attack, which killed at least four people, a “war crime”.
As reported ReutersOn Tuesday (10/18/2022), White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre in a statement to reporters on Monday (10/17) local time stressed that the United States “strongly condemns today’s Russian missile attack” .
He called the Russian attacks “which continue to demonstrate the brutality of (President Vladimir) Putin”.

“We will continue to support the Ukrainian people for as long as necessary,” said Jean-Pierre, citing a new $ 725 million US military aid package for Ukraine announced on Friday.
“We will continue to inflict losses on Russia, holding it responsible for its war crimes,” he said.
At least four people were killed when a Russian drone struck a residential building in Kiev on Monday (17/10) local time. Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko said one of the dead was a pregnant woman.
In addition to Kiev, the Russian attack also hit several other areas of Ukraine. Interior Minister Denys Monastyrskyi said there were casualties in attacks in other cities, but did not provide an exact number.
