On Tuesday night, Jonas Gahr Støre landed in the EU capital Brussels. On Wednesday, the Norwegian Prime Minister will have meetings with the EU’s top leaders on the green shift and the Norwegian industrial partnership between Norway and the EU.
But on Belgian soil, it was the dramatic situation in Ukraine that overshadowed everything. And Støre himself had managed to cast doubt on what Norway really meant.
