The United States attacks IS-K targets in Afghanistan

The United States has launched a drone strike on an IS-K target in Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province.

The first retaliatory attack has been carried out after President Joe Biden promised to find and prosecute those behind the terrorist attack at Kabul airport.

The attack is the first retaliatory attack after the terrorist attack in the middle of the crowd at the airport in Kabul on Thursday.

According to the Pentagon, a man involved in planning an attack on US forces for IS-K, who was killed in the attack. Pentagon spokesman Bill Urban believes no civilians were killed.

It is not clear if the man had anything to do with the planning of Thursday’s attack.

Up to 170 people were killed in the attack, including 13 American soldiers, for whom IS-K claimed responsibility.

In a televised speech from the White House, President Joe Biden promised to find and prosecute those behind the suicide attack.
