Each year, the city of Nancy gives its support to the charitable associations of the Republican Lorrain and the East Republican: “Christmas of joy” and “Christmas for all”. The City, represented by its mayor Mathieu Klein, presented this Friday two checks worth € 1,200 and € 3,200 to Christophe Mahieu, director general of L’Est Républicain and Républicain Lorrain, and Sébastien Georges, editor in leader of both titles. “The city of Nancy has long been committed to supporting these solidarity actions, which resonate even more singularly this year,” underlined Mathieu Klein. “Christmas for all and Christmas of joy make it possible to come to the aid of people in difficulty, who live in precariousness, are confronted with disease or a situation of handicap”, points out Christophe Mahieu. “These associations carry out regular missions to hospitals in the region”.
