Thus, Lidl begins to operate in the area of electric cars. The store includes in its offer in Germany a subscription worth 222 euros per month, which allows its customers to use an electric car.
Depending on the evolution of this pilot program, the retailer could also launch this offer on the market of other countries where the store is located. In Germany, the car put to use is an Elaris Finn, being a two-door car with a maximum speed of 115 km/h.
