At the age of 51 Iwo Pawłowski, a characteristic actor with short stature known from numerous Polish television productions, has died. Although he passed away on July 18, 2024, the news of his death reached the media only after some time. He posted it on his website filmpolski.pl.
Performer of, among others: one of the memorable roles in “Świat według Kiepskich” he had already been buried. According to the obituary, Iwo Pawłowski’s funeral took place on July 26, 2024. The funeral mass was celebrated in the Church of St. Charles Borromeo in Warsaw. The actor was laid to rest at the Stare Powązki Cemetery there.

Iwo Pawłowski was born on October 14, 1972 in Warsaw. As an actor He collaborated with the Baltic Opera in Gdańsk and with Warsaw theatres: Wielki – the National Opera and Syrena. He also had many roles in popular series and films.
The TV audience may associate him with, among others: the characteristic role of Marcella from the 167th episode of the series “Świat według Kiepskich” entitled “Odlot”. He also gained popularity for his performances in the program “Szymon Majewski Show”.
Pawłowski also starred in the following series:Aida”, “Mouth to Mouth”, “Far from the Stretcher”, “The Station” or “The Witcher” and in the movies: “My Australia”, “The Perfect Guy for My Girlfriend”, “Lejdis” or “Yyyreek!!!
