The time has come for the long-awaited premiere of Superstars 2024 on discovery+ and channel 5. One of this year’s contestants is Linnaeus Claeson, 32, from Norrköping. In addition to her career as a handball player, Linnéa is also known for her Instagram account Assholesonline where she made sexual harassment and online hate visible and responded to violations with humor.
Linnaeus is famous for her skin on her nose and has always appeared as a woman with good self-confidence, which makes us surprised when in the first episode of the season she is a little hard on herself. She compares herself to the other participants and calls them super athletes and herself a mediocre handball player.
– I look around and feel that here I am, a retired mediocre handball player around these mega-athletes, Linnéa tells the production.

Underdog Linnéa Claeson excels at the start of “Superstars
Linnéa seriously underestimates herself. Already in the first competition of the season, Barr, she gets the chance to show what she’s up to. She beats the other participants by horse lengths and thus wins the season’s first star and a value of 6 points. A stellar win that she can use well if she makes it to the playoffs.
The second of the season competition is a pair competition consisting of running, swimming and basketball in which the former track and field athlete and the triple jumper Christian Olsson chooses Linnéa as a partner. Their strong performance leads to a second place.
