Currently, there are no Russian military personnel in Chasov Yar and the occupiers have not crossed the city’s borders. This was stated by the speaker of the operational-strategic group of troops “Khortitsa” Nazar Voloshin.
At the same time, the Ukrainian fighter admitted that the invaders continue to put pressure on the city:
“The enemy does not abandon attempts to put pressure on Chasov Yar, fulfilling certain deadlines. The defense forces control the situation. There is no enemy army in the city, the enemy did not cross the city’s borders.”
Voloshin also added that the Russian army, in order to capture the city, is trying to outflank it, storming Bogdanovka and Ivanovskoye in order to “take Chasov Yar in its grip.”
According to him, the enemy in this sector of the front is completing its regrouping, and is setting up additional assault groups near Belogorovka. Assault groups of Russians are moving in the areas of Kleshcheevka and Andreevka, where the Russians plan to carry out assault operations in the Ivanovsky area:
“The invaders are trying to use a scorched earth method to destroy all our platoon strongholds and the city of Chasov Yar itself. However, our soldiers are holding back the enemy and stabilizing the situation in this direction.”
