The UAE provides medical aid and medicines to the British field hospital in Gaza Al Khaleej Newspaper

Within the framework of the humanitarian operation ‘Galant Knight 3’, and within the efforts of the United Arab Emirates to support the health sector in Gaza, medical aid and medicines were provided to the British field hospital and clinics linked to the UK -MED.
This step comes in response to the severe shortage of medical stock in the Gaza Strip, and the inability of the health system to meet the needs of large numbers of wounded and sick Palestinians.
The Emirati field hospital in the city of Rafah delivered about 3 tons of medicines, solutions and spare parts to the British field hospital, which provides medical services to displaced people in the humanitarian zone ‘Mawasi Khan Yunis’.
These efforts come within the framework of the ongoing efforts of Operation Gallant Knight 3 to provide support and reduce the burden on hospitals in Gaza, which face significant challenges due to the existing conditions right now.
Since the start of the operation, more than 400 tons of medical aid have been donated to support the health system in the Gaza Strip.
Through Operation Gallant Knight 3, the UAE continues to provide continuous medical assistance to relieve the residents of the Gaza Strip, to ensure that medical aid reaches the wounded and those in need of care emergency health.
The UAE is working with international medical organizations, such as the World Health Organization, to increase humanitarian efforts in the region and provide the necessary treatment to those infected and to reduce their suffering.
In this context, field hospitals, including the British Field Hospital, play a vital role in meeting the urgent health needs of the people of Gaza, as local and international efforts come together together to ensure the continued supply of medical services due to the difficult circumstances. The UAE is sparing no effort in doing all it can to restore hope to the people of Gaza and ease their suffering, through coordination and cooperation with all humanitarian organizations local and international.
