During its session, the Board of Directors of the UAE Federation wanted to review the plans and schedules of the women’s football and beach soccer committees for the new season, including the establishment of many tournaments for different groups, in addition to the next one. participation of the teams.
It is worth noting that the UAE women’s soccer team apologized for not participating in the seventh edition of the West Asian Women’s Soccer Championship, which Jordan crowned with its title.
The first edition of the tournament was launched in 2005 in Jordan and the host country was crowned with its title and in 2007 the Jordanian Federation returned to host the second edition, also crowned by the Nashayat.
In 2010 and 2011 hosted by the United Arab Emirates, the team crowned the two titles in a row, while the fifth edition in 2014 was won by Jordan, then owner of the land.
In 2019, the Bahrain Federation hosted the sixth edition and the Jordan women’s team was crowned.
