A turbulent career. You don’t have to say much more about it, looking back, the 66-year-old Wilma Landkroon from Enschede is not a big fan. She started singing at a young age and made her career lightning fast under the wings of Gert Timmerman. She played in a number of German films in the late 1960s and scored a number of hits, such as Een clog with a sail. Together with Pierre Kartner, Vader Abraham, she made music for a while – including the song Would it be bad dear grandpa? – until she suddenly stopped in 1972.
