The Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands rejects the application of the curfew and the perimeter closures by islands until the ruling of the Supreme Court.
This is how he responded to the request for clarification from the Government of the Canary Islands after the rejection of some of the articles of the decree approved last week that contemplated the curfew and the perimeter closure of the islands at levels 3 and 4.
As made public by the Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands, the administrative contentious chamber of Santa Cruz de Tenerife maintains that the legal terms expressed in Sunday’s car are clear and, being conditional on judicial ratification, it considers that a measure not ratified cannot be applied as long as it does not obtain express ratification.
