In 2000, Britain was gifted with a star couple when “Feel” singer and former member of Take That, Robbie Williams (49) and Spice Girls member Geri Halliwell (51) became a couple.
Forgiveness is important
The relationship did not last longer than a few months, and in the Netflix documentary “Robbie Williams” he reveals why he chose to end it with Halliwell.

In the documentary, Williams describes the relationship as “easy and fun”, and says that they clicked well. However, there was a lot of confusion when the couple were out of the house.
– No matter where we went, the paparazzi were there before we arrived. These very private moments became public and we were just speechless as to how that could happen, he says in the documentary.
On holiday in the «drug lair»
– I met a guy who was a paparazzi, and he told me that it was Geri who did it (tipped the photographers, journ.anm.). Now I don’t believe it for a second, but then and there I believed it.
The alleged revelation was the end of visas for the turtle doves.
– It just goes to show what being in the spotlight can do to your psyche when you can’t trust anyone, and it kind of ruined the memory of such an important part of my life and such a nice thing.

Answering the speculations
– A touching friendship

– It was a very touching friendship. I was lonely and felt like he was the only person on the planet who could understand me because of his own experiences with Take That, she explained in ‘Piers Morgan’s Life Stories’ in 2010, according to Cosmopolitan.
