“No, subpoenas will not come. The political position is that Diya is not a service for distributing subpoenas,” he said.
According to him, there are certain ways how the summons is delivered.
Banik suggested that the topic of subpoenas in Diy appeared due to the fact that court notices were launched in the service some time ago.
“That is, if someone got into an accident, you receive both a summons and an SMS. Together with the State Judicial Administration, we launched appropriate notifications,” he said.
According to him, it’s cheaper because you don’t have to pay for SMS. Each SMS costs 30 kopecks for delivery, and in “Dіє” it’s free.
“A court notice is launched, people begin to substitute the concept and say court summonses through Diya, at the next stage the word ‘judicial’ disappears and subpoenas through Diya remain,” Banik said.
Banik added that “it’s all people’s fear, fakes.”
