He explained that the promoters of this myth believe that it is better not to stand immediately after waking up, but rather to move on the bed for a few minutes, because the brain at this time needs more blood loaded with oxygen.
Shaaban attributed the reason for the error of this information to the autonomic nervous system, noting that it has a great ability to control blood pressure when changing the position of the body, especially from lying down to standing.
