The trunk debuts in Poland with a loss

Latvian basketball player Roberts Stumbris made his debut in the Polish championship on Friday, scoring nine points and losing with Radom’s Hydrotrack.

The Radoma team gave up the team of Wloclawek “Anwil” with the result 86:97 (19:24, 22:29, 25:23, 20:21).

The trunk started the season in Iceland, where he played one game and scored 21 points, but the championship was suspended and foreigners were allowed to join other teams.

This week, Stumbris joined Radom’s team and made his debut in the Polish championship on Friday, taking three of the seven long shots in 25 minutes and 26 seconds on the court, but not hitting his only two-point shot.

He also won four rebounds, made three mistakes, intercepted one ball, broke the rules three times, provoked one note and scored six efficiency points.

Marcins Pjehovičs was the most productive in the team represented by Latvians with 21 points, but Ivan Almeida scored 29 points for the opponents.

With nine wins in ten games, the first place in the tournament table is occupied by Relands Freimanis and Jānis Bērziņš Zelona Gura’s “Stelmet Enea”, Mārtiņš Laksas’ Lublin’s “Start” with a balance of 9-4 is fourth, but Radom’s basketball players with three successes in 12 fights are in 14th position 16 teams in the competition.
