The Finance and Budget Committee met on Monday, where legislators unanimously supported several initiatives, including the Bill by Representative Silvina Canteros Reiser, which seeks to create a program that promotes universal, safe and efficient access to basic public services such as water, sewage, gas and electricity.
Likewise, projects were approved that propose the creation of the Minors’ Advisory Office No. 3 in the Second Judicial District with headquarters in the city of Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña; the Minors’ Advisory Office No. 7 in the First Judicial District with headquarters in the city of Resistencia; and the one that modifies Law 483-A (previously Law 2961) Creates Public Defenders and Prosecutors in Resistencia and the interior of the Province.
Meanwhile, legislators from the ruling party announced a favorable dispatch for projects promoted by the Executive Branch, which ratify Decrees of the Governor of the Province, referring to salary updates, bonuses and other concepts for different jurisdictions of the Provincial State.
Similarly, the Executive Branch’s project that seeks to adhere to the Large Investment Incentive Regime (RIGI), created by Law No. 27,742, in all its terms and conditions, received a divided approval.
The meeting was chaired by Deputy Ivan Gyoker, with the quorum of his peers Dorys Arkwright, Nicolás Slimel, Silvina Canteros Reiser, Maida With, Santiago Pérez Pons, Sebastián Lazzarini, Paola Benítez, Juan José Bergia and Francisco Romero Castelán, and the presence of Deputy Tere Cubells.
