Pride Photo’s traveling photography exhibit has been smeared for the umpteenth time. After some photos had previously been sprayed with graffiti in Vlissingen, Almere, Assen and Maastricht, it has now happened in Heerenveen.
The photo boards have been installed there on the Gemeenteplein since Friday. The graffiti was discovered this morning when the Regenboogbelang Heerenveen foundation received a report and a photo.
The photos were sprayed with spray cans and brochures were pasted on them. It says “not good”. A banner next to the photos reads “Not for our kids”.
Evert Haagsma of the foundation is shocked, tells a Omrop Fryslan. “Too sad for words. It shows that there is still a lot to do for organizations like mine.”
The photo boards in Heerenveen are cleaned again. The exhibition on the Gemeenteplein can be visited for another month.
