“We have explored all the possibilities related to possible restrictions on the Russian fleet. We have heard from experts. The more interesting part is that many Russian ships operate under a different flag, many Russian entrepreneurs, owners of goods, cargo and resources are not actually with the Russian flag, but have offices and offices in Switzerland, “Sabev said. He also informed that a plan is being discussed to evacuate the eighteen Bulgarian sailors who are on a ship near Mariupol.
So far there are no complaints from the sailors. Bulgaria has a permanent connection with the shipowner, it became clear at the briefing.
