The Transition Commission of the incoming Government is presented for the Constitutional Handover-Reception of the Executive Power of the State of Yucatan

The Governor-elect of Yucatan, Joaquín Díaz Mena, announced those who will form the Transition Commission of the incoming Government, for the Constitutional Handover-Reception of the Executive Power of the State of Yucatan.

As explained in a statement, based on the provisions of article 48, second paragraph, section II of the Law to Regulate the Acts and Processes of the Delivery-Receipt of the State Public Administration and article 34 of Agreement SCG 30/2023 by which the General Guidelines for the Observance of the Law to Regulate the Acts and Processes of the Delivery-Receipt of the State Public Administration are issued, it has appointed the persons who will be in charge of the informative phase of the delivery-receipt.

According to Díaz Mena, the designation was made in a timely manner, through the corresponding document received at the offices of the Governor’s Office, as stated in the seal on the document.

The appointed commissioners are: Omar David Perez Aviles (Owner), Luis Antonio Hevia Jimenez (Alternate); Daphne David Lopez Martinez (Owner), Edgardo Gilberto Medina Rodriguez (Alternate); Fatima del Rosario Perera Salazar (Owner), Lila Rosa Frias Castillo (Alternate); Shirley Edith Castillo Sanchez (Owner), Janine Patricia Quijano Tapia (Alternate). He explained that Mr. Omar David Perez Aviles has been appointed as common representative.

Finally, Díaz Mena reiterated his confidence in the appointed persons and asked them, in this important step of the transition that our country, and especially Yucatán, is experiencing, to conduct themselves under the principles of honesty, integrity and loyalty to our state, values ​​that the Governments of the Fourth Transformation privilege.
