The transformation of Ivo Arakov’s body will amaze and inspire you

Everyone knows what the 33-year-old actor Ivo Arakov looks like. He currently has an athletic and sexy body that many women sigh over, but in fact, he hasn’t always looked that way.

The actor uploaded a short video on Instagram, in which he shows his incredible transformation. In it, the star of the series “Sunny Beach” turns from a man with a shapeless figure and belly into a muscular macho.

“I share this for motivation. In it you will see my progress from 2017 to 2019. I started from scratch and never gave up,” Arakov wrote on social media.

We remind you that some time ago he shared that he played sports from an early age and his body was in good shape.

“As a child, I was very ill. Hence the need to train. When there is nothing in the body that prevents him from coping with any problem, then you have provided him with the necessary internal infrastructure.”

Regarding nutrition, Arakov says that there should be this cycle of stress on the body, followed by nutrition.

“We need food that is easily digested because we get energy from it. And what could a person extract from paraffin?”, Added the actor.
