Born in Paris in July 1980, Boris Roatta was a star in the making. Unfortunately, he did not survive this terrible accident, which occurred a month after his fourteenth birthday. In the eyes of the public, this disappearance was all the more tragic as the young teenager was considered a particularly talented actor with the promise of a great career. In Commissioner Moulin, his death was included in the scenario to justify his absence. In 2017, his father Philippe Roatta paid him a heartbreaking tribute by writing: “23 years ago, to the day, my life changed, and I had the worst day of my life… I cry just thinking about it. (…) The death of the child. There is no worse pain“.
