The Tragic Story of a Gas Station Employee Killed After Being Encouraged by Her Girlfriend from a Motorcycle

KOMPAS.com – An employee at the Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) at Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara, named Berdy Susanti Gabriel (30), was found dead by the side of the road, on Jalan Baru, Kampung Lama, Manulai II Village, Alak District, Monday (26/10/2020) at midnight.

Initially the victim was reported to have died after experiencing a traffic accident.

However, after a series of investigations, it turned out that Berdy was a murder victim.

“The victim was apparently killed by his girlfriend with the initials ARN alias Aldit (27), a resident of Maulafa Village, Maulafa District, Kupang City,” said Alak Police Chief AKP Tatang P Panjaitan to a number of journalists, Saturday (31/10/2020).

Before being named a suspect, said Tatang, Aldit was initially only examined as a witness. However, from the start, the police had suspected him of being the culprit.

“Initially we secured ARN because handphone ARN held the victim after the incident, “he said.
