None of us can imagine the Christmas season without Mr. Frost. The legendary fairy tale about the hardworking Nastěnka and the complacent Ivan is an inherent part of the holidays. Messages like “Are you warm girl?” or “I want a wife as a board” have already become popular in decades.
The film from 1964 begins with the words: “Once upon a time, there lived an old man who had a good and hardworking daughter, Nastěnka”. And like any good fairy tale, this one will have a happy ending.
However, the lives and fates of the representatives of the main heroes were no longer so fairy-tale.
At the time of filming, it was Natalia Sedychováwho portrayed Notice board, only 14 and a half years old. After the premiere of the fairy tale, she received thousands of letters from her supporters, many of whom even offered her marriage. In addition, director Alexandr Rou wanted her to answer everyone. But she couldn’t keep up, so she only wrote to the prisoners. She was afraid that one of them might cut her after her release.
After graduating from the ballet school at the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow, Sedychová became a ballerina. She got married, but the marriage did not last and she divorced after 10 years. Her only son decided to live with his father. Today, 75-year-old Sedychová lives alone.
Representative Ivankaan actor Eduard Izotov, died at the age of 66 in 2003. His fate was also moved. He was married twice. Due to currency exchange machinations, the actor was arrested and sentenced to three years in prison. In addition, they confiscated his property, car and money. When he was released, his health failed him. He suffered several strokes and ended up in a wheelchair. He also suffered from mental illness at the end of his life.

Later, Borisova did not make much of an impact in the acting industry, she played several roles in not very successful films and series of Soviet and later Russian production.
