According to the order published on Saturday in the Official State Gazette (BOE), in phase 1, in which 14 autonomies are found from this Monday, they can open all commercial premises as long as they have a surface area of less than 400 square meters or limit that area to said square meters.
The latter was one of the great claims of chains like Inditex, Mango or H&M, since they saw very limited the possibility of opening their stores as they all have large stores.
