The Vuelta Ciclista a España will arrive in Jaén in its 76th edition sponsored by the agreement signed between the Provincial Council and the company Unipublic, the organizing company of this sporting event.
Jaén and province they will be present again like this in one of the great cycling events on the international calendar such as the Vuelta a España. The Spanish round will begin on August 14 in Burgos to conclude 21 stages later on September 5 in Santiago de Compostela.
The passage through Jaén will be on August 25 with the arrival to Valdepeñas de Jaén, for the fourth time, after a 132 km route starting from Antequera, in which the eleventh stage will be disputed. A day later, on Thursday, August 26, the twelfth stage will start from the capital to reach Córdoba after traveling almost 167 km.
The Provincial Council has firmly opted for the celebration of major sporting events such as cycling or very soon with the arrival of other events with the launch of the Olivo Arena Pavilion.
