We recognize that identifying one specific food that should be consumed every day is almost impossible. Firstly, our diet should be varied, and secondly, any nutritionist selects products only after individual consultation and analysis. However, we still asked experts – a nutritionist, nutritionist and homeopath – to choose their three favorite products that they use daily and recommend to their clients. So, the list turned out to be unusual and very useful.

In first place we have salmon, buckwheat and cocoa. Salmon is rich in vitamins A, E, D, group B, amino acids and microelements, having a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system, skin, hair, and nervous system. Buckwheat, also known as a high-protein product, is enriched with B vitamins, amino acids, dietary fiber and microelements, having a positive effect on many body systems. Cocoa, rich in nutrients, antioxidants, flavonoids, amino acids and vitamins, stimulates the production of endorphins, has an antidepressant effect, and protects the skin from ultraviolet radiation.

In second place we have rice, pumpkin and grapefruit. Rice, especially brown rice, has the ability to absorb harmful substances and remove them from the body. Pumpkin and pumpkin seeds have a beneficial effect on the gastrointestinal tract, bile secretion function, hemoglobin, glucose absorption and other processes. Grapefruit, containing vitamins B, C and A, as well as macro- and microelements, improves the functioning of the cardiovascular system, immunity, digestion and psycho-emotional state.

And in third place we have seaweed, greens and avocado. Sea kale, a low-calorie product, helps saturate the body and has detoxifying properties. Leafy greens such as spinach, lettuce, arugula and kale are a source of fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Avocado, rich in fiber, prevents hunger and protects against excess fat deposits.
