Which will allow him to “Ensure that any processing of personal data respects the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, as well as the interests of the State, local authorities, businesses and other legal entities. “
Other topics covered include biometric identification and the computerization of criminal records. The first city has just passed a new stage and is heading towards its finalization. The second has a long way to go, but things should be speeded up.
