Russian President Vladimir Putin has accepted Indonesia’s invitation to attend the G20 summit in Bali on November 15-16. Earlier, Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky also accepted an invitation to attend the meeting. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the statement of the assistant to the head of state Yuri Ushakov, TASS reports, quoting frognews.
“Yes, we have confirmed that our participation is planned,” he said.
At the same time, Ushakov could not answer the question whether Putin will personally participate in this event or via video link.
“I don’t know, they are still inviting me in person, but there is still a long way to go, I hope the pandemic will allow this important forum to take place in person, but I’m just afraid to guess,” he said.
Ukraine will reportedly attend the G20 summit in November and hopes to remove Russia because of the outbreak of war and nuclear blackmail in the world.
