On Sunday evening, before the final concert of the three-day program, Mayor Csaba Dióssi stated that the number of partygoers exceeded the population of Dunakeszi: Dunakeszi has grown into a real festival town to the great delight of the audience!
After the short speech, Csaba Dióssi and Bence Tuzson, the Minister of Justice and Dunakeszi’s member of parliament, drew the two main prizes of the festival in accordance with the 12-year-old tradition. The scooter offered by Decathlon was won by Zoltán Gedei, the Merida bicycle by Winkler Sport Kft. was won by Panka Lőrincz. Both winners are residents of Dunakes.
After that, the concert of the Ferenc Liszt prize-winning singer began. We had a real trip back in time, as Charlie brought evergreen hits to the people of Dunakes, such as Jég with double whiskey, Be who you are, or Look towards the sky. Regardless of generations, everyone sang the choruses of the songs as one. Charlie’s uplifting concert will remain in the memory of fans as one of the most beautiful evenings in September.
