The three big names of La Liga football have found themselves on the list of tax debtors in Spain. Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti, former Barcelona striker Samuel Eto’o and still-active Catalan team player Dani Alves were to raise a total of 4.4 million euros in tax cuts.
Spain publishes an annual list of debtors whose claims exceed 600,000 euros. Altogether, there are up to 7,277 taxpayers who have not paid a total of almost 18 billion euros.
