The head of the Court of First Instance and Education No. 2 of Llíria today agreed to the admission to provisional prison, communicated and without bail of the three prisoners aged 22, 23 and 36 in connection with the violent death of a lawyer, which occurred last month of June in a house in this city.
Proceedings are initially open for the crimes of murder, robbery with violence and intimidation and theft of motor vehicle use.
The Guardia Civil was investigating the “possible violent death” of this person, a 56-year-old man, whose corpse had been showing signs of violence since June.
According to sources of the investigation, the three men would have accompanied the victim to her home between the night of 23 June and the early morning of 24 June 2022 and, once inside, they would have inflicted a series of blows on her, without using any type suddenly. . of object, and as a result of them she died.
The perpetrators stole cash and a credit card from home with which they later attempted to extort cash, without success.
Furthermore, they fled the chalet with a vehicle that belonged to the victim.
Following the investigation, on 30 November, LThe Guardia Civil of Valencia carried out two house searches in Lliria and another in Alberic. In addition, 3 men aged 22, 23 and 36, of Spanish nationality, were arrested for the crimes of murder, violent robbery, theft with a motor vehicle and attempted fraud.
Members of the Organic Nucleus of the Judicial Police, the Reserve and Security Group, the City Security Patrols and the Services Nucleus participated in the execution of the arrests and searches.
The proceedings were handed over to the Court of First Instance and to instruction number 2 of Lliria.
