At the beginning of 2022, the activity of the “Panorama Plaza” construction site resumed, and during this year the third building, where work had once stopped in a semicircle, acquired the missing floors and volumes. Another round is planned for the complex: the fourth skyscraper, which will be built from scratch.
The company does not yet publish projected home prices; market research is underway, and more active sales may begin in the spring, says developer representative Natalija Barakova. The company has already started construction on the latest phase of the complex, she reveals.
“Panorama Development” board member Daniels Zhiryakovs recalls that most of Riga’s residents still live in 40-year-old buildings, a significant part of which have served their useful lives. Therefore, the project made by the company is an attractive object not only as a house, but also as an investment object, because “global processes have also influenced the investment climate in Latvia; modern real estate is still one of the ways to preserve capital.”
