The third season of the ORF series “Walking on Sunshine” has been in production since Monday in Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland. The shooting of the first five episodes is expected to last until the beginning of October, the other five episodes will be shot in spring 2021. Chris Raiber will direct the film, the scripts are again by Mischa Zickler. The third season should still be shown on ORF 1 in 2021.
Prominent appearances
In addition to Proschat Madani, Robert Palfrader and Aaron Karl, Selina Graf, Tanja Raunig, Harald Windisch, Simon Hatzl and Nicole Beutler can again be seen in the new season of the dramedy series. The weather department is reinforced by Maya Unger and Ferdinand Seebacher, cameo appearances include Nadja Bernhard, Tarek Leitner, Gerda Rogers, Helmi, Barbara Karlich, Marcus Wadsak, Christoph Feurstein and Rainer Pariasek.
Madani as General Manager
In the third season of the ORF production produced by Dor Film, head of department Tilia Konstantin (Madani) has been promoted to general director of ORF, her daughter Conny (Selina Graf) to head of weather. And the new wife (Daniela Kong) of Tilia’s ex-husband (Harald Windisch) is Federal Chancellor.
