There was a violent solar flare on the surface of the Sun. NASA began capturing stunning images of this explosion. The image of the explosion stunned those who saw it…
THE THIRD HIGHEST SOLAR FLASH OF 2022!
According to NASA; The sun emitted a violent solar flare that peaked on May 3. NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory, which constantly monitors the Sun, captured a snapshot of the event.
According to the news of ScienceAlert, the explosion, viewed by NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory, occurred in a sunspot in the lower left part of the Sun.
This explosion was categorized as “X1.1”. It was also rated as the third most intense solar flare of 2022.
SHARE FROM NASA
NASA said on Twitter after the cosmic event, “Solar flares are powerful bursts of radiation. Harmful radiation from an explosion cannot physically affect humans on the Earth’s surface because it cannot pass through the planet’s atmosphere. But when intense enough, it can disrupt the layer through which GPS and communication signals are transmitted.” Wrote.

IT AFFECTED RADIO SIGNALS IN THAT REGION
Radio signals can be interrupted on Earth due to solar flares. These interruptions are classified according to their severity from R1 to R5. In the news in question, it was stated that this latest explosion caused an R3 level interruption on the Atlantic Ocean.
