This Tuesday, the Province reported 5,203 new cases of coronavirus. The district Health Minister, Nicolás Kreplak, assured that the number of infections “It is falling sharply for the fifth week in a row, it has fallen faster even than it has risen.”
Kreplak pointed out that the wave of Covid19 “has been going down well but now there are a couple of challenges ahead” such as the start of the school year since “all over the world it was seen that, when classes return, infections increase, so we are working hard so that there is the least possible risk” and warned that in addition “autumn is coming, which can generate an increase in infections”.
“We have to prepare, to see if we are effectively leaving this pandemic behind or if we have another wave ahead of us,” the official and health doctor recently told Radio Del Plata.
