The test will not be necessary for three weeks after the first dose of vaccination

According to Chief Hygienist Pavla Svrčinová, the government will decide on the postponement of respirators and drapes in schools only about two weeks after the next dismantling, which will come on Monday, May 24. She said this after today’s extraordinary meeting of the government, at which Prime Minister Andrej Babiš (YES) wanted to discuss a proposal to end the obligation to use respiratory protection for younger children. Svrčinová stated that it is necessary to wait for the possible consequences of the arrival of students to schools from Monday, May 24.

According to the Minister of Health Petr Arenberger (for YES), the government today released the use of changing rooms in schools.

According to Svrčinová, the same rules will apply to summer camps as last year. However, children will also need to have tests or proof of illness. The government will decide on Monday on the frequency of tests to be paid by health insurance companies on Monday.

The government will also negotiate the abolition of the obligation to wear drapes and respirators during the summer. According to Svrčinová, they should be mandatory in social services facilities even during the holidays, this is public transport. She said that disintegration should be slow, because only on Monday will groups of high school and university students, who have been studying remotely since October, return to school.
