With two games still to be played tonight, the Champions League quarter-final draw will take place on Friday.

The Champions League will deliver its verdict this evening concerning the last two qualified for the quarter-finals of the 2020-2021 edition. With six teams already at the meeting in April (PSG, Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool, FC Porto, Manchester City), there are a lot of people. The last two teams should be Bayern Munich, winner 4 to 1 of Lazio Rome in the round of 16 first leg, and Chelsea or Atlético Madrid, whose outcome of the eighth return is uncertain with the Blues who have an advantage of a goal for the moment thanks to the success 1 to 0 on the first leg. At around 11 p.m., we should therefore know the eight qualified for the quarter-finals and we can therefore plan on the draw which will take place on Friday in Nyon, Switzerland, at UEFA headquarters. The terms of the draw

At this stage of the competition, a new turning point has begun since, like every year, two teams from the same country or two teams from the same group in the group stage will now be able to compete. There is therefore no one who will be spared and there is no longer any question of “affordable” or not. While for the moment, there is a French qualifier, a Portuguese, a Spaniard, we note that Germany and England will be present at the quarter-finals with several teams (the English already have Manchester City and Liverpool while Chelsea could also be in the game, while Germany have Borussia and most certainly should have Bayern Munich). For this draw, which will be carried out on Friday, Paris can therefore face very heavy and inherit the reigning English champion, Liverpool, or the triple winner of the C1 in 2016, 2017, 2018, Real Madrid, for example. . The draw will start at 12 noon and will be full for these quarter-finals. The clubs will also know their potential opponents for the semi-finals, which take place on 27/28 April and 4/5 May, as UEFA will draw the final four on Friday as well.
