A high-pressure ridge is now on its way across the country, and according to StormGeo, it will provide a lot of nice weather with rising temperatures.
Monday’s weather winners will be found south of Stad, according to meteorologist on duty Isak Slettebø.
In Sørlandet and Østlandet, slightly cloudy, nice weather up to 24 degrees is expected, with some local afternoon showers over inland areas in Østlandet.
– This is where we get the warmest and driest weather, Slettebø says to TV 2.
Danger of forest fire
But little rain and a dry climate means that the meteorologists are now sending out a warning of a forest fire danger for Telemark and eastern parts of Agder.
– Vegetation can easily ignite and large areas can be affected, the Meteorologists write on Twitter.

Also in Western Norway south of Stad, the temperature will probably reach 20 degrees throughout the afternoon. It will be warmest in the interior.
