The Team Nakamura Allroad carbon gravel bike is finally available

Anticipated for several months, the new Team Nakamura Allroad carbon gravel bike is finally available from Intersport. A very beautiful machine sold for €2199.

If there’s a sign that gravel is the rising trend in cycling, it’s the Nakamura Allroad team. On the one hand, because it shows how players have become more aggressive on prices, with a carbon bike for almost more than €2,000. On the other hand, because this gravel sold by Intersport showed that it was highly anticipated.

Good news, then, for those who dreamed of putting their bums on the saddle, the Nakamura Allroad Team is finally available on the Intersport website. Originally planned for less than €2000it was for us confirmed in May that its price would ultimately be higher. Of course the carbon gravel is set at €2,199. Which still makes it really value for money on paper.

It must be said that it is rare to find a gravel bike with a carbon frame and fork at such a low price. A substance that gives a certain light to the whole thing. In fact, the Allroad Team weighs 9.2 kg on the scale.

What makes this gravel even more interesting is that it opts for a 12-speed SRAM APEX AXS single chain transmission. A high end electronics package that alone is worth 3/4 of the bike’s retail price. It includes an 11-44 cassette and a 40 tooth crankset.

In addition to this is a pair of Mavic Allroad S wheels mounted on Schwalbe G-One Allround tires (700 x 40). Intersport also digs into the Sram catalog to select a pair of Apex hydraulic disc brakes (160 mm discs).

In total, such an arrangement is usually priced from €3,500 with most competitors. Only Canyon seems to be able to reach such a quality / price ratio with the Grizl CF SL SL 6 AXS, which is still a bit more expensive, despite a good discount.
