A child who fell into a coma after falling from a kindergarten window is in shock after waking up and saying the teacher pushed him. It is said that while the student was being punished for eating an extra piece of pear, the teacher pushed him and caused an accident because he did not follow the teacher’s instructions.

On the 12th, Xiaoxiang Morning News and Hsinchu Daily reported that on the 30th of last month, a 4-year-old child was injured at a kindergarten in Jiangxi Province, China, after falling from a window on the second floor of the nursery and a drop of 4 to 5 meters below the concrete floor of the first floor outside.

The child’s father said, “As a result of the accident, he suffered many injuries to his entire body, including a bruised left lung, a fractured spine, and soft tissue damage. He was hospitalized critical condition, but fortunately he recovered well.”

The child’s family asked the nursery school to submit CCTV footage from the day of the incident, but the nursery school refused to provide the film, saying it was broken. At the same time, they sought an agreement through a representative, saying they would cover the cost of the treatment and provide compensation.

The child’s father criticized, saying, “How can we talk about compensation first when we don’t know the exact details of the incident? The first thing is to find the truth.”

Eventually, the kindergarten was closed. The students will be transferred to other kindergartens.
