The Tate brothers left the custody of the Capital Police this evening, after the judges Courts of Appeal Bucharest au changed the measure of preventive arrest with that of house arrest.

“Freedom, finally! I’m a little excited. I would like to thank the judges for making this decision because they were careful with us and let us go, so I have absolute respect for them. I have no resentment towards Romania or anyone else in the country, I only believe in the truth. I believe in God and I believe that the fire of truth will destroy the lies. I think in the end justice will prevail and there is a 0 percent chance that I will be found guilty of something I did not do. I’m innocent and I think the whole crowd understands that and I’m glad to be home. Thank you very much!”said Andrew Tate to the journalists present in front of their villa in Pipera.
Upon leaving the Capital’s detention center, Tristan Tate said he was innocent: “They made the right decision. I’m an innocent man and I can’t wait to prove it. We are going home!”.
“We hoped and expected this decision. It seems to us a legal, thorough and fair decision. For the time being, they are not allowed to get in touch with the other parties involved in the case, with the witnesses in the case, and not to leave the residence without the approval of the judicial bodies”, said lawyer Eugen Vidineac.
The two left the rest of the Capital Police to the cheers of those present, who chanted “Top G”, “Top G” several times (ed. Andrew Tate).
On Friday evening, the Bucharest Court of Appeal admitted “the objections filed by the defendants Tate III Emory Andrew, Tate Tristan, Naghel Georgiana Manuela and Radu Alexandra Luana” to the decision of the Bucharest Court and rejected the proposal to extend the duration of the preventive arrest measure formulated by DIICOT. Thus, the court ordered the measure of house arrest for all four defendants.
The brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested on December 30, 2022, together with two accomplices – a former policewoman and Andrew Tate’s girlfriend, and their terms were then extended several times by judges.
